Shipping

Our products are shipped from our supplier outside the EU. It takes 1–3 business days to process your order before the package is shipped. Delivery time: 5–9 business days for the package to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Orders placed over the weekend are usually processed on Monday or Tuesday. If you have a deadline for a specific order, we recommend that you order in advance. Delays may occur due to holidays or other factors. Good news! We have just upgraded our "Micro-Infusion Patches" with new improved ingredients. Unfortunately, this means a delivery delay of approximately 2–3 weeks – but we promise it is worth the wait. Thank you for being patient with us!

Return Policy We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be: In the same condition as when you received it – unused, with original tags, and in original packaging. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. For hygiene and food safety reasons, the right of withdrawal only applies to products that have not been used or come into contact with food. If the product does not match the description or is damaged, the customer will be reimbursed for return shipping costs, provided that a photo of the receipt for the shipping cost is submitted. For standard returns, return shipping costs are not reimbursed. Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact us via the "Contact" section on our website. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. For questions regarding returns, you can always contact us via the "Contact" section on our website.

60-Day Results Guarantee – Terms We offer a 60-day results guarantee on "Firming Oil" and "Micro-Infusion Patches". If you do not see any results after 30 days of consistent use, we offer a refund under the following conditions: Before and after photos are required To be eligible for the guarantee, you must submit clear before and after photos of the area where the product has been used. The photos must be taken in the same lighting, the same angle, and without filters. How to show that 60 days have passed: We want to be completely fair to all our customers, so we need to be able to see that 60 days have actually passed between the photos. The easiest way is to send original photos directly from your mobile or camera via email, without editing them (these contain date information). Photo of used product We need a photo of the bottle showing that it has actually been used (e.g., partially emptied). (Only for Firming Oil)

Uncollected Packages If a package is not collected and is returned to us, we charge a fee of 20 USD to cover shipping and handling costs.

Receipt of Goods We are not responsible for receiving the goods. The customer is responsible for being present or ensuring that the customer is present at the time of delivery. If a delivery attempt has failed several times and the package is taken to a service point, it is the customer's responsibility to pick up the package on time or arrange for a competent person to pick it up for the customer. You are responsible for regularly checking the tracking number to see if you have missed the package. If the package is not picked up on time, it will be returned to SheBloom. Of course, there is an option to return the package at the buyer's expense. The order is shipped from one of our foreign warehouses, and it may incur VAT and an import fee that the customer is responsible for.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For further questions, you are always welcome to contact us!
